Name of the winning Bidder: On the basis of the evaluation of the bids, the Executing Agency awarded the contract to Integrated Project Services LLP (Kazakhstan) in the amount of $2,798,020.00.

Duration of the contract: 180 calendar days upon contract signing date.

Summary scope of contract: Within the framework of the ADB funded “National Disaster Risk Management: Strengthening Capacity to Manage Natural Hazards and Minimize Losses” project, a dual polarization C-Band radar system (including design, supply, installation, and commissioning) with related facilities and equipment is being procured. The radars are to support the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense with its hail suppression efforts in Tajikistan. The radars will be linked to the anti-hail units present at five locations in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and support them with their weather modification activities.
