Also it was specified in ITB 21.1 (BDS): This Bid Security shall be submitted with the technical bid. Bidder offered the trainings for divers in Voronezh, Russian Federation, however in Section 6: Schedule of Supply of the Bidding Document is specified that “Trainings shall be conducted within the Republic of Tajikistan”. Russian Federation is not ADB eligible country. According to ITB 5.1 - All Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract and financed by ADB, shall have their country of origin in eligible source countries as defined in ITB 4.2, and all expenditures under the Contract will be limited to such Goods and Related Services. On the basis of the evaluation of the bids, the Executing Agency awarded the contract to “Ormon LLC” in the amount of US$ 984,178.00 for delivery and related services of Diving equipment and related equipment to be completed within 160 days upon contract signing. The Contract Agreement was signed on the 4 March 2025, between the Committee of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 26 Lohuty Street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan (“the Purchaser”), of the one part, “Ormon” Limited Liability Company of 38 Gafurov Street, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan (“the Supplier”).
